The access to the docks isn’t convenient, but the unloading was quick.

Impossible to back up. 3 docks for paper roll deliveries.
If you get the door in middle. Wait till the truck on left leave otherwise you will get 0,5 of inch on both sides. If you don’t have swing door and you got reefer you will tear your doors up.because there are special yellow poles. These docks are made for day cabs and slim trailers.
25 years experience and this is one of the worst backing.

If you are delivering rolls, 1 dock, 1 clamp forklift, get ready to be around here for hours, line of trucks waiting, they use your trailer as storage facility, plain and simple...

Arrived for 22:00 Friday appointment and super friendly guy said it will take 15-20 min to unload 8 rolls and put me in dock 3 in minutes...GREAT! .....and then I waited 45 min not sure why or what for?
23:10 and I am EMPTY! Miracles are happening once a while.

Guys, they're open 24 hrs. As far as overnight parking, I had no other choice but to spend the night on the street by the building because I ran out of HOS. The guy that unloaded me said I could and not to worry because they are open 24 hours. If you do decide to risk it ($300 fine 10 p.m.- 7 a.m. for parking on the street). Try to park in a line on the same side as other trucks. That way the authorities won't be to quick to bother you because they're assuming you're waiting. You're welcome!

Horrible receiving procedures.. Waited like 30 minutes in that stupid small room with the buzzer and nobody came.. I was buzzing every 5 minutes.. I even called them on a phone and nobody came.. So I called my Dispatch and they finally came.. Rolls recieving is by Dock #1

Check in by dock 1 for paper rolls
Actually unloading takes about 20-30 min, but they only got one fork lift with the clamp. Your waiting time depends on how many truck in front of you

Shipping is off Greenleaf. The back is a little tight but not too bad it's the traffic that sucks. Loading was fast.
